Jenny Dee (BA Hons)

Managing Director

Jenny is the founder member of Caught In The Act and has been instrumental in the company's development and longevity. As well as general management of the company, her responsibilities include liaising with existing and potential new clients. Jenny is also our in-house facilitator, co-delivering a lot of the specific project and training work, thus being on the frontline of meeting the client who commissions the work, as well as the target participant at whom the project is aimed. Jenny's experience at both the strategic as well as operational/frontline levels, gives the company a unique advantage and ensures the work brokered meets the client's detailed requirements.

Prior to Caught In The Act, her work included community theatre projects and administrative work for public and charitable organisations. She has spent five years as an LEA governor at her sons' primary school.

Joanna Volinska (FCCA)

Finance Director

Jo was born in Poland and studied both English literature and finance in Britain. She joined Caught In The Act in March 2003. She is responsible for all financial aspects of running the company, from management and financial accounting to project costing and liaising with the MD on budgeting.

She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has worked for marketing companies, an investment bank and small creative businesses. Jo is also literary manager for Horla Theatre Company.

Christopher Kinread (Dip. Professional Acting)

Artistic Director (Schools/Young People)

Christopher was appointed Artistic Director (Schools/Young People) in October 2006 after two years with the company as actor and facilitator. He directs, devises and writes Caught In The Act's work for young people. He is also in charge of recruitment/casting.

Christopher trained as an actor at the Oxford School of Drama. He has worked with Harold Pinter and Douglas Hodge as an actor and directed in association with the BBC and RSC for the Shakespeare for Schools Festival.
