Work With Adults
Caught In The Act offers a comprehensive range of exciting and challenging training programmes at work. Innovative scripts and dynamic acting enhance learning and training schemes.
Caught In The Act swiftly develops a rapport with its audience through the use of refreshingly straightforward drama and skilled facilitation. By presenting tailor-made sketches that reflect situations familiar to the work environment, working practices are illuminated and opportunities for change are suggested.
We understand that people have different learning styles. Using drama facilitates the most effective and dynamic learning for all your staff. The drama allows us to clearly show you what we mean, you can hear what people are thinking, get an opportunity to sound out ideas and, as a witness to people's emotions, we ask that you experience a situation from many perspectives.
Alongside drama sketches, facilitated discussion, small and whole group work we use hot seating (the audience interviews the characters) and forum theatre (the audience is able to alter the characters' behaviour). We are highly skilled in using role play activities that allow participants to feel comfortable and able to learn.
Participants in these programmes range from whole teams, frontline staff, managers and senior executives, predominantly from the public sector. The work is presented in interactive workshops and at conferences. Clients include Government Departments, Local Authorities, Primary Care Trusts, universities, charities, and other statutory and independent organisations.
