Caught In The Act

Work With Adults

Caught In The Act offers an extraordinary range of exciting and challenging training programmes in the workplace. Innovative scripts and dynamic acting enhance learning and training schemes for adults.

Caught In The Act swiftly develops a rapport with its audience through the use of refreshingly straightforward drama and skilled facilitation. By presenting tailor-made sketches that reflect situations familiar to the work environment, working practices are illuminated and opportunities for change are suggested.

We understand that people have different learning styles. Using drama facilitates the most effective and dynamic learning for all your staff. The drama allows us to clearly show you what we mean, you can hear what people are thinking, get an opportunity to sound out ideas and, as a witness to people's emotions, we ask that you experience a situation from many perspectives.

Participants in these programmes range from whole teams, frontline staff, managers and senior executives, predominantly from the public sector. Caught In The Act's projects are often used as part of staff development programmes. The work is presented in interactive workshops and at conferences.Themes addressed include diversity, equality, bullying and harassment and customer care.
